Solving real problems with AI
Harvey picked up AI tools back in 2023 and kept upskilling while learning how to build basic automations. Once it was clear these tools could save small businesses real time and money, he joined the world's largest AI agency accelerator to further grow his knowledge and skills. Now he works one to one with business owners, showing them where their business benefits from leading AI tools and delivering the automations that give them more time for higher value work.

Who do you work with?
Owner-run businesses. You're busy, the ops live in your head, and too much of your week goes on work a system should do. I take on a few clients at a time and work with you 1-to-1.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You run the business and I handle the technical side. By handover you're driving it yourself, with training and plain-English documentation, and none of it needs you to write a line of code.
How do we start?
With a free discovery call. Fifteen minutes, plain English, no pitch. You talk me through how the business runs, we map where your time and money are leaking, and we prioritise what to fix first. You'll know exactly what I'd do before you commit to anything.
What does it cost?
Once we've prioritised your most important tasks, I scope the work and we talk the cost through together in a meeting before anything officially starts. Most builds are a fixed price agreed upfront. Some things, like websites, carry a small monthly fee to keep them hosted and looked after, and you'll always know about any ongoing cost before we begin. Everything we agree goes into a written statement of work, so the price and what you get are clear from the start. No surprise bills.
What about my data?
Everything stays on your own kit, under your own accounts. I never hold your logins, your keys or your business information, and nothing of yours sits with me after the work is done.
I don't know what I actually need. Is that a problem?
No, that's the normal starting point. Most owners just know the week disappears. You talk me through how the business runs, and spotting what to fix first is my job, not yours.
